Thank you for choosing Aspen Wellness Institute. We are honored to support you on your health journey. Please review and acknowledge the following policy regarding payments:
All Payments Are Final
All payments made to Aspen Wellness Institute are final and non-refundable, without exception.
Once a payment has been submitted—whether for consultations, lab reviews, programs, packages, or any other service—it is considered final. We do not offer refunds under any circumstances, including but not limited to changes in schedule, personal circumstances, or clinical outcomes.
Flexible Credit & Transfer Options
While we do not provide refunds, we are happy to offer flexibility through the following options:
• Service Substitution: If your needs change, you may substitute your payment toward a different service or offering of equivalent value.
• Account Credit: Unused funds may remain on your account as a credit balance to be applied toward any future services. There is no expiration date for credit balances.
• Transfer to Family or Friends: You may transfer your credit balance to a family member or friend at any time. Please contact us in writing to authorize the transfer.
We believe this policy balances clarity, fairness, and flexibility—ensuring we can maintain the integrity of our scheduling and practitioner time while still offering patients full value for their investment.
